Contact dermatitis can result due to irritants such as sodium lauryl sulfate, and seborrheic dermatitis can be the result of dryness and flaking of skin, particularly in areas like face, eyebrows and scalp. Some of the less common kinds of eczema are venous eczema, discoid eczema, neurodermatitis and dermatitis herpetiformis.
